What We Will Learn
Ocean Knowledge and Safety: Tides, Surf Conditions, Wave Selection, Identifying Riptides
Warm up exercises: Yoga, Deep Stretching, Mobility, Cardio warm ups
Surfing: Types of waves, Paddling, Catching and Riding Waves
Meeting Location
Ocean Beach. Upon signing up, all registered attendants will receive an email with the exact meeting location, tips for parking, etc. Email will be sent the day before the camp Please check your spam or let us know in case you can't find the email
What to Bring
Swimsuit, water bottle, light snack, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and towel
