All our camp sessions include use of foam board.

Wetsuits are not provided. Wetsuits are available as a rental or for purchase on our website.

What We Will Learn

Ocean Knowledge and Safety: Tides, Surf Conditions, Wave Selection, Identifying Riptides

Warm up exercises: Yoga, Deep Stretching, Mobility, Cardio warm ups

Surfing: Types of waves, Paddling, Body Mechanics, Form, Catching and Riding Waves

15 minutes into session: Land and Ocean Safety Instruction

30 minutes into session: : Surf Time!!

1:30 hour into session: End of Surf Session

1:45 hour into session: Review of session, packing
